On October 22nd, Guo Chao, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Fluorine Industry Development Zone, and Liu Yang, Deputy Director of the China Merchants Group, received a delegation of merchants in the field and had in-depth exchanges on the cooperation of the "Vanadium Flow Battery Project".
The project leader introduced the project development plan, which plans to build a 99.5% purity vanadium pentoxide production line in the first phase to achieve rapid production and market entry; The second phase will deepen its development and enter the field of 99.9% high-purity vanadium pentoxide and battery electrolyte manufacturing, comprehensively enhancing product added value. The enterprise side stated that the fluorine industry development zone has a good industrial foundation and supporting facilities, and its goal is to quickly find suitable factory land to transform technological advantages into market competitiveness.
Vice Director Guo Chao warmly welcomed the project. He pointed out that new energy storage is a key direction for future industrial development, and the all vanadium flow battery project is highly compatible with the industrial upgrading strategy of the development zone. He analyzed in detail the approval requirements for project implementation, including safety and environmental protection, and emphasized that we will provide comprehensive services for high-quality projects. We hope that the enterprise can further refine the feasibility plan. Based on actual processes, we will accurately match the most suitable available factories and equipment in the park, and work together to promote projects with light assets, fast implementation, and early results.
After the negotiation ended, Liu Yang, Deputy Director of China Merchants Group, led the merchants to visit the park in person and visited enterprises such as Qianyi Chemical, Dongda Guangming, and Sida Tonghe. On site, Deputy Director Liu Yang, together with customers and plant managers, not only accurately measured the available plant area, but also conducted practical and detailed discussions on specific issues such as how to efficiently connect existing equipment with new project processes.
The park is committed to reducing initial investment costs for enterprises, viewing factories with demand, and discussing processes based on drawings. This negotiation and on-site inspection have laid a solid foundation for the smooth settlement of the project in the development zone. The development zone will continue to optimize its services, act as a "project manager", and fully promote the agglomeration and development of more high-quality energy storage industry projects, injecting strong impetus into the green and high-quality development of the regional economy.
